Biography
Ms. Resmini is a member of the Banking Law, Real Estate Acquisition and Commercial Finance
practice groups. She handles commercial and residential acquisitions, financings and sales. Ms. Resmini is involved in all aspects of banking transactions from commitment letter to closing.
Prior to joining our firm, Ms. Resmini was an associate in the law firm of Paul A. Boronow, P.C., in Garden City, New York. She also interned for both the Supreme and Superior Courts of Rhode Island.
