Biography
Mr. Wank is a member of the Commercial Litigation practice group, with over 20 years of experience. Mr. Wank handles residential and commercial mortgage foreclosures, real estate and title insurance litigation, and commercial disputes. He frequently represents lenders, developers and title insurance companies in complex litigations and also represents clients in closings, bankruptcy, evictions, collection and estate matters. Mr. Wank is also frequently appointed as a receiver in mortgage foreclosure actions.
