Biography
Mr. Haupel is a member of the Commercial Litigation practice group. With over twenty-five years of experience, Mr. Haupel is a litigator whose practice is primarily devoted to handling complex business disputes, as well as complex foreclosure and title litigations.
Mr. Haupel also frequently represents financial institutions and individuals in substantive collection matters, with associated involvement in creditor's rights issues in bankruptcy proceedings. He also advises and represents multinational clients in commercial disputes involving international contracts, including related litigation and arbitration proceedings.
Prior to the joining the firm, Mr. Haupel was in private practice in White Plains, New York.
