Biography
Mr. Sullivan is a member of the Commercial Finance, Real Estate Acquisition and Banking Law practice groups. He represents clients in all aspects of commercial credit, including lines of credit, revolving and construction loans, real estate secured transactions, asset based lending facilities and agency financing. Mr. Sullivan regularly represents local, regional, national and international banking institutions in documenting and closing commercial credit facilities. His practice also represents individuals, corporate and institutional clients in the sale, acquisition and leasing of interests in real property.
Mr. Sullivan was a law clerk to Judges Joseph C. Zavatt and Anthony J. Travia of the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of New York. He has served as an outside director for Lehman Brothers Holdings, and/or subsidiary and affiliate companies. Mr. Sullivan served as Deputy Town Attorney, Town of Pound Ridge, New York (1982-1985). Since 1985, he has been the Town Attorney, Town of Pound Ridge, New York.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Sullivan was a partner in the law firm of Bleakley Platt & Schmidt LLP (1988-2007). Prior to that, he was assistant general counsel at both a money center and a national finance company.
