Biography
Mr. Bemporad is a member of the Commercial Litigation practice group. He is a highly experienced litigator who handles a wide range of securities, accounting and complex litigation disputes.
Mr. Bemporad has handled numerous high-profile and complex litigations, including lawsuits arising under federal and state securities and consumer protection laws, plus litigation involving shareholder rights and corporate governance. Mr. Bemporad regularly represents public and private pension funds, investment advisors and money managers in complex business litigations. Mr. Bemporad is certified AV, the highest rating by Martindale-Hubbell.
Prior to joining our firm, Mr. Bemporad was a senior partner with Lowey Dannenberg Bemporad Selinger & Cohen, P.C., one of the premier law firms in the nation specializing in complex securities and commercial litigation. He began his career at Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom, where he also specialized in complex commercial, securities and corporate litigation.
