Biography
Mr. Rapaglia is a member of the Leasing and Real Estate Acquisition practice groups. He handles commercial leasing matters
(office and retail) as well as commercial and residential
acquisitions and dispositions. Mr. Rapaglia frequently represents
major developers and national retailers and also advises clients
on a wide range of general contract matters.
Prior to joining our firm, Mr. Rapaglia was an associate
in the New York City office of Baker & McKenzie and an associate in the New York City office of Coudert Brothers.
