The firm represents the owners of this legendary shopping mall, one of the first of its kind in the nation, in connection with a $250 million renovation and expansion. The recently completed project includes the addition of new shops and restaurants, and an 80,000 square foot addition to the existing Macy’s store.

Westhab Inc. is the largest not-for-profit provider of affordable housing and supportive services in Westchester County. The firm represents the company in connection with numerous development projects, including this multifamily residential building containing 28 units of work-force housing. Construction of the project is anticipated to be completed in 2013.

Yonkers Downtown Redevelopment Project, Yonkers, New York

The firm represents the developer in connection with all aspects of this urban renewal mixed-use redevelopment project consisting of approximately 3,000,0000 square feet of commercial and residential uses (including Hudson River waterfront residences) and public amenities including daylighting of the Saw Mill River and a waterfront promenade and park.

The firm represents AvalonBay Communities, Inc., one of the best capitalized developers of luxury apartment communities in the nation. Shown here is Phase II of Avalon Green located in Tarrytown (Town of Greenburgh), New York. This 444 unit community is currently under construction.

The firm represents the developer in connection with all aspects of this urban renewal mixed-use project which revitalized the Village's downtown with over 500,000 square feet of development in walking distance to a Metro North station.

The firm represents the developer in connection with all aspects of this 890,000 square foot mixed-use project in the heart of White Plains, including all land use approvals, public/private development agreements, and benefits from the County of Westchester Industrial Development Agency and Empire State Development Corporation.
